Around each person conditionally it is possible to distinguish several spheres, including in different degrees objects of the surrounding world, with which we enter into more or less close relations. First, the person is in contact with himself. Our uniqueness lies in the fact that the strong-willed conscious center of man ("I") is much deeper than the body, emotions and even the mind. Therefore, in a certain sense, man himself is a special kind of environment for himself. Therefore, conflict with yourself is the most frequent.
