In my opinion, private business should control the infrastructure in our country. It leads to the most effective way of spending money. Because of the free market, demand and the necessity of paying off, the infrastructure built by private business will be in the right place and at the right time, where it will be the most useful for people. The government is not able to manage this tasks because of its corruption. And, what is more important, government builts infrastructure using the money of taxpayers. When all federal budget goes to paying for the Moscow infrastructure, regional taxpayers are offended. Private business easily solves this inequality.
