The dicameral Parliament includes an upper house, called the House of lords and the lower house called the House of Cjmmons. The house of lords is not selected, it includes the lords spiritual ( higher clerdy of the Anglican Church ) and the secular lords ( members persta ). The houses of Commons, by contrast, democratially elected chamber. The house of lords and House of Commons are going in different rooms of the Palace of Westminister in London. According to custom, all the Ministers, including the Prime Minister, are chosen exlusively from members of Parliament. Parliament evolved from the ancient Royal Council. In treory, the power does not come from Parliament but from the ``Queen-in-Parliament``.
