In the tundra, you can see the polar bears, reindeer, musk muskox, tundra wolves, arctic fox, arctic hare and lemmings. In the vast taiga zone inhabited by grizzly bears, Canadian lynx, cougars, wolves, fox, wolverine, caribou, elk, red deer, moose, marten, sable, beaver and otter. In the mountainous areas there are bighorn sheep and mountain goats and bison remained in the reserves. In the steppes of the main inhabitants are rodents: field mice, moles and gophers. Numerous lakes along the coasts of the country and settle in the colony a wide variety of birds. In fresh waters and coastal waters they are inhabited by numerous species of fish.
