It is better to spend an afternoon with advantage for health. It is best of all to lay down to have a rest but if there is no wish, then it is possible to read the book or to descend on walk. But it is impossible to sit down at the computer. For children it is a favourite toy, but actually it is big harm to health. As if long you sit at the computer, eyes start hurting and after a while (month, few months), sight can worsen. Children when sit at the computer dont watch the bearing, so there can be a backbone curvature. It is possible to play no more than 20 minutes in day on the computer not to damage the health.
