All of us know that family is the core of the society. Healthy and extended family is an example of good one. All memebers of family should understand, respect, coexist and love each other. The heads of the family, especially father or mother should lead others to the "perfect' and correct lifestyle and upgrade children correctly. As for me, one of the most important lifestyle habbit is type of meals that family members have together. Family lifestyle also includes what kind of activities family enjoys doing together. The right lifestyle teaches children to do the same, and it will be their habbit for their future life.
