I like to eat tasty food. As every child I like sweets, chocolate and ice-cream most of all, but, unfortunately, it is not "normal" food. My mom is a very good cook. She tells, that all her dishes are so tasty because she cooks it with love. My favourite dish is cake Napoleon. For this cake first of all she bakes 11 very thin shortcakes, then she makes boiled cream, when cream got cold she puts it on every shortcake, but she uses only 10, because the eleventh she crumbles and sprinkles on the top of the cake. After the cake is ready she covers it with wafel-towel and leaves it on the table for one night to get soaked with cream. It's very hard for my to wait the whole night. But I must, because I know that the next morning I can start with a piece of gorgeous cake!
