English Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large green lettuce, washed and dried
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Tear the lettuce leaves and place them in a large salad bowl.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion to the bowl.
3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture.
