I believe that a person's health depends on his lifestyle. In order not to get sick, you need to follow a few simple rules: play sports, eat right, have a good rest and be outdoors more often. My favorite winter sports are skiing and skating. In the summer I prefer to run in the park and play tennis. All year round I visit the pool twice a week. Swimming strengthens the respiratory system. I also try to follow the regimen. I go to bed and get up at the same time every day. I pay special attention to nutrition. I don't eat fatty and high-calorie foods, and I don't drink heavily carbonated drinks. At my age, some peers already smoke and drink alcohol, but I believe that this is destructive to the body and, if not now, then in the future it will definitely affect health.
