Clothes in our life It goes without saying that clothes play an important role in our life. There are different styles and designs which different people prefer. Firstly, when we are at work or school, we have to wear formal dress. Women usually put on white blouses, skirts and black jackets while men wear business suits and ties to look official and presentable. In fact, some companies have the rules of dress code and don't let their officers choose any style they want. Secondly, if we go to some public places we need to look neat. Theatre-goers, for example, are always dressed very elegantly. Thirdly, in our everyday life we are free to decide what to put on. Some prefer a conservative style and choose casual sweaters or jumpers, trousers and one-colour boots or trainers. The most important for them is that clothes must be comfortable. Others pay great attention to changes in fashion and tear their jeans or decorate them with different accessories to look modern and stand out in a crowd. That's why such clothes make them look distinct from others. As a matter of fact some other people do not bother about brand names at all, and they choose only those clothes which won't rip on the first day.Moreover, it is for sure that we need good taste in clothes to look smart. Some people prefer flashy clothes to differ from others. Some wear only expensive designer labels and appear to be glamorous. However, many people can look stylish if they know how to choose nice and inexpensive or at least affordable clothes. They don't have to keep up with all the latest trends.
