Во первых отец всегда лидер но в больших семьях нужна мамы в лидерстве отца, потому что каждый ребенок имеет свой характер! Но все таки если смотреть с другой точки зрения маленькие семьи лучше потому что управление семьей идет гораздо оперативней(классически) а в больших семьях все сложно.
