Can you imagine a long afternoon on a sports ground or in a swimming pool? You run, jump and swim. You play with your friends and
move a lot. All these activities are great exercises. They take a lot of energy. You will soon get very hungry- I am sure! Eating and
drinking give you energy. Your body is provided with calories and nutrients So what do you like to eat? Do you eat useful food? Does
