It has turned into a religion and business, and despite the many skeptics who say that constant comparison of oneself with a certain ideal brings only sadness and disappointment to a person, the search for happiness is becoming more and more popular.
It doesn’t matter how happy people really are in society. It is necessary to strive for more - it is desirable that at any moment a person can say about himself: yes, I am happy. But the idea that we should go to happiness, and most importantly, that we can achieve and maintain it, is not based on anything. Happiness has no biological basis, that is, there are no reasons why this condition should be permanent.
