The two mountainous areas in Ukraine are the Carpethians and the Crimean Mountains, but they are not very high. The main rivers are the Dnieper, the Dniester, the Bug and the Donets. The population of Ukraine is 47 million inhabitans. The new president is Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
